Custom organic dry cleaning is the use of a hydrocarbon based solvent called DF 2000. There are three main different types of solvent used in the world for dry cleaning, and they are perc. Hydrocarbon and green earth. We do not use perc and we do not use green earth solvent and never will. If any client has a problem with the use of hydrocarbon solvent, just ask us to wet clean your garments. Hydrocarbon solvent has almost no chemical smell at all and is a crystal clear solvent. Hydrocarbon is a non toxic solvent which means to you that your garments will last longer that traditional dry cleaning. We have a strict maintenance schedule for changing out our filters and normal wear and tear items. This is to ensure absolute perfection every load that we process. We use a water chiller to cool our solvent instead of a cooling tower; this is the difference between swamp cooler and an air conditioner. If the dry cleaning solvent is too hot your garments can shrink or colors can bleed in the dry cleaning process if not cooled to the correct temperature.
